  • The first phase of Paradise Creek Apartments is fully occupied as of February 2017.
  • Phase II of Paradise Creek Apartments is under construction and it is anticipated to be completed by May 2018. It will consist of 91 apartment homes: Studio, one, two and three bedroom units, with rents ranging from $452 to $1126 (rents may change when Income Limits data is updated by HUD).
  • We are currently accepting applications. In order to be part of the Lottery draw, all rental applications must be received no later than 11/27/2017. Applications received after that date will be placed at the end of the waitlist.
  • Important: Applicants already on the Paradise Creek waitlist (who applied during Phase I processing) do not need to submit another application. These applications will take precedent and be processed ahead of new applications received during this Lottery process.
  • Please note that current applicants are required to renew their interest every 6 months to remain active on waiting list (as per waitlist letter). Applicants that do not renew their interest may be purged for non-response. To check status on your current application, send a letter to Leasing Office: 2120 Hoover Ave, National City, CA 91950.
  • Due to the limited number of these affordable apartments, the filling of a rental application in no way guarantees you an apartment.
