    • This community does have minimum and maximum income restrictions, and all residents will be screened utilizing published resident selection criteria.

  9. 9) If adult members of an application are traveling and are contacted for an interview, what happens then?
    • All applicants must be present to participate in our interview process to be considered for housing at Paradise Creek Apartments.
  10. 10) Will Paradise Creek offer social services/resident events?
    • Paradise Creek will offer some customized services. Programming will be based on the needs of the community. Specific programming information may be provided at the time of move in.
  11. 11) Are pets allowed?
    • Yes, we are pet-friendly. Please see pet policy for further details.
  12. 12) Is there rent control or rent subsidies attached to the apartment?
    • Rent control does not apply to our community and there are no rental subsidies offered as part of our program. Minimum and maximum income limits will apply. We will accept portable Section 8 vouchers.
  13. 13) Are subsidies from family allowed?
    • All recurring gifts will be confirmed and counted as part of total household annual income. You may contact us with any specific questions after you are assigned an application number and contacted for an interview.
  14. 14) I have already submitted my application and I want to make a change to my application.
    • All changes must be submitted in writing. Please note that current applicants are required to renew their interest every 6 months to remain active on waiting list (as per waiting list letter).   15. 15) Is the income based on one person's income?
    • No, all incomes sources are counted for all members of the application. Income is based on gross income.

As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Paradise Creek. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Pet Policy:

Pet Are Welcome Upon Approval.
One dog is permitted.
Maximum size is 30 pounds at mature weight.
Domestic cats only are permitted.
Two cats permitted if the resident does not have a dog.
All dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered at the appropriate age.* All animals must be current on their distemper and rabies shots.
Pet deposit is $300.
Two birds are permitted; love birds, finches, etc.
No parrots, myna birds or others birds of this type.
Flight wings must be clipped.
Fish are permitted.
Maximum aquarium size is 30 gallons.
Three fish allowed per gallon of water.
Aquarium shall be placed in a safe location in the home.
Service animals are exempt from these policies.
Only domestic animals will be permitted.
No reptiles, monkeys, or other exotic animals of any type.
All pets are subject to management approval.*
